Yellowstone Volcano Report
Jan 30, 2015
A geologist for Yellowstone Park is reporting the possibility of a giant eruption of the Yellowstone super volcano within the next two weeks.
The last time this happened was more than 600,000 years ago, they say, and it left a foot of ash in South Dakota. While that no doubt fertilized the whole area downwind of the volcano, it also killed virtually everything in its path.
I don’t like reporting possible disasters apart from offering a solution, but keep in mind that this event, though “inevitable,” could also hold off for another 100,000 years. You should monitor this situation and, if you live in the vicinity, prepare for a possible evacuation notice. Plan for the possibility, so you don’t have to formulate plans at the last minute, if this becomes necessary.
And, of course, pray and be led by the Spirit.
