Interview with 12-Year-Old Girl Caught in the War in South Ossetia
Aug 20, 2008
The News Media gave a live interview, not realizing that it would go in a direction they were not expecting. She thanks the Russian troops for intervening and stopping the Georgian troops from bombing them. The reporter suddenly found reason to run an extra advertisement, obviously to cut short the interview.
It is plain that the news media is playing along with the government in trying to blame Russia, instead of Georgia for the conflict in South Ossetia. They don't want to interview people impartially on both sides of the issue.
