Strauss-Kahn resigns as IMF Chief
May 19, 2011
"Late Wednesday, Strauss-Kahn resigned as managing director of the International Monetary Fund, according to a letter released by its executive board.
"In the letter, Strauss-Kahn denied the allegations but said he felt compelled to resign with 'great sadness' because he was thinking of his family and also wanted to protect the IMF."
Comment: He resigned "late Wednesday." The time of day is not given, but Wednesday was the 14th day of the second month, and the Passover lambs were to be killed that the afternoon.
So he was "selected" on the 10th day and resigned from the IMF on the 14th day. He seems to say that he was sacrificing himself for the sake of the IMF.
